The Scholarship Program
Recipients and their families gather in the lobby of the East Hartford
Police Department for the 2009 Scholarship Ceremony.
One hundred seventy one scholarships totaling $176,500 have been
awarded since the inception of Brian's scholarship fund.
These scholarships have been possible, in part, due to the
