Applications are available for children of active duty East Hartford,
South Windsor, and Hartford Police Officers and for Manchester
Community College criminal justice students. Applications should be
completed and mailed to:

If you are a child of an active duty East Hartford, South Windsor, or
Hartford Police Officer, and you have at least a 2.0 GPA or "C"
average in the last marking period you are eligible to apply.
